Shipping Information

Shipping Location
We can only ship to a verified billing address. Overseas customers may see a hold on the package until payment has cleared.

Shipping Address 
We ship by UPS and USPS. UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. UPS shipments will be insured for the entire shipping value. USPS will not include insurance or signature confirmation unless it has been selected in the shipping options. The consumer takes full responsibility if the shipment is damaged or lost and must make claims with the shipping provider (UPS or USPS).

Shipping Time
Most orders received before 1:00PM (PST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM (PST) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or US holidays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Ulti Tires America or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of defective products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase provided they are still in unopened original packaging. Items on "SALE" are all sales final and can not be returned nor exchanged as they are discontinued products. Please fill out the fields under our "Returns" link in the Customer Service Menu.
